File a Claim

Health Insurance Claims

Most of the time, your medical service provider will submit the claim on your behalf. However, for those times you actually need to make a claim, you may do so using any of the following methods:

Email

Scan your receipts (with diagnosis codes) and email them to Atlantic Medical noting your name and certificate number.

Walk-in

Bring in your receipts (with diagnosis codes) and your Medical ID card to our fifth floor reception desk at Atlantic House on Collins Avenue. We will take a copy for you and will mail your cheque when it is ready.

Mail-in

Send a copy of your receipts (with diagnosis codes) noting your name and certificate number to Atlantic Medical at P.O. Box SS 5915, Nassau, Bahamas. Please be sure to include a contact number in case we have any questions.

Don't forget, you can view your claims history on the Medical Web Portal. If you haven't signed up yet, please contact us.
